Pastor Joe and Annette DeSantis (Senior Pastor) Pastor Joe DeSantis is a lifelong native of New Jersey. He was born in Jersey City in 1955 and grew up in Toms River, a community in Ocean County. He became a follower of Jesus while in college. Pastor Joe and his wife Annette met at Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) where he received a BA in biology. They married soon after graduation. Early into what became a ten year career in the field of Environmental Protection, Joe sensed God's call into Pastoral ministry. After five years of training resulting in a Diploma in Bible/ Theology from Philadelphia Biblical University, Joe and Annette began ministering with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in 1989. Since then they have served one church in Michigan and two others within the C&MA Metro District. Pastor Joe was ordained in 1991. They currently serve at Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, NJ, where Joe is one of the preaching pastors. They have been married for 29 years and have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Pastor Alan Rathe oversees worship ministries for QCAC, with an emphasis on the English congregation. Together with his wife, Elissa, he has coordinated and led worship in both church and conference settings for the past 15 years. In addition to leading worship, playing keyboard, and writing songs, Alan is extensively involved in teaching and training in connection with worship. The recipient of a Masters of Divinity degree in Worship Studies, Alan is currently pursuing a doctorate in the same field. He teaches courses related to worship at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York.

Pastor Edgardo Ghidella studied theology and missiology at Word of Life Argentina Bible Institute from 1988 to 1991.  He has had significant pastoral experience in Buenos Aires, Argentina and serves now as the pastor of the Spanish congregation of Queens Christian Alliance Church with his wife Elizabeth.

Julia Ri is serving as Director of Pastoral Care and Missions and oversees various ministries of QCAC, including local and overseas Missions and individual Discipleship.
